      How to connect Cafe24 Analytics to Adriel

      Detailed instructions to help you set up the data source for Cafe24 Analytics

       Analytics data is retrieved from supplementary services that track user behavior. For data prior to 2023, information is sourced from [EC Admin] > [Statistics] > [Access Statistics(접속통계)]. From 2023 onwards, data is obtained from [EC Admin] > [Statistics] > [Cafe24 Analytics].

      Prerequisite

      - Cafe24 Store

      Instructions

      Step 1: Checking Shop ID that you want to connect to

      1. Login to Cafe24 Admin page.
        - Can only be accessed by account with super admin rights.
      2. Go to Shopping mall settings on the left side bar and move to [Basic Settings] > [About my mall] > [Shop ID] and copy the Shop ID that you want to connect to Adriel.

      Step 2: Connecting Cafe24 to Adriel

      1. Move to Adriel’s Connections page.
      2. Type “Cafe24” into the search bar.
      3. Fill in the Shop ID copied at step 1.
      4. Login to Cafe24 account when the pop-up window opens.
      5. Choose the shops that you want to connect to among the list of shops linked to your cafe24 account.
      6. Click the “Submit” button below to complete the data connection.

        It can take up to one working day for your data to arrive.
