How to connect CallRail to Adriel
Detailed instructions to help you set up the data source for CallRail

Prerequisites
- CallRail account with access to account settings
- CallRail API v3 Key
Instructions
Step 1: Retrieving CallRail's API Key
- Log in to the CallRail.
- Click the Settings Icon at the left navigation bar.
- Select the company name that you would like to connect.
- Click [Integrations] at the top.
- Click [API Keys] from the [Data Access] header on the left.
- Click [Create New API v3 Key] to create a new one. If you already have one, you can use it.
- Copy the Key for Step 2.
Step 2: Connecting CallRail to Adriel
- Move to Adriel's Connections page.

Type "CallRail" into the search bar.
- For Connection settings, enter the API Key retrieved from Step 1.
Then, click "Submit" to proceed. - For Data source settings, fill in the 3 required fields according to the account that you want to connect to Adriel.
- Name: Fill in an identifiable name for the datasource. This is useful to distinguish multiple CallRail data sources.
- Ad Account: Select the Ad account(s) that you want to connect to. Multi-selection is viable but recommended to select one account each since it will have the same data source name, which is written right above.
- Data Type: Select one type from the dropdown list. - [Optional] Fill in the 3 optional fields if you want to filter.
- Filter Field: Enter any field that you want to filter by. ex. Company
- Filter Operator: Select between IN or LIKE from the dropdown list.
- Filter Values: Enter the value of the field. ex. Adriel
ex. If selecting Company - IN - Adriel, the data source will have the filtered data that is under the Adriel Company. - Lastly, click the “Submit” button below to complete the data connection.
