Detailed instructions to help you set up the data source for File from SharePoint

Prerequisites
Instructions
- Move to Adriel's Connections page.
- Type “File from SharePoint” into the search bar.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account when the pop-up window opens.
- Fill in the 5 required and 2 optional fields according to the account that you want to connect to Adriel.
- (Required) Name: Fill in an identifiable name for the data source.
- (Required) Site URL: Enter the first part of SharePoint URL. Exclude the
https://
part for the input. - (Required) Drive Name: Enter the drive name made on the SharePoint UI.
- (Required) Folder Path: Enter the path to the folder where the files are stored.
- For example, for the below case, the input should be
hello-test/second-hello-test
. Make sure to not include the drive name in the input. - If there is no folder under the drive, enter
/
into the input.
- For example, for the below case, the input should be
- (Required) File Type: Choose from the dropdown list. Currently, only CSV file type is being supported.
- (Optional) Alternative Channel Name: Alternative name for the data source
- No icon is provided as a default for this feature. However, there are channels that can use internally saved icons and display next to the channel name you just wrote down.
- Refer to this guide to input the correct name to display the icon.

- Click the “Submit” button below to complete the data connection.
