FAQ
Using Performance Ranges in Goal Widgets
Adriel’s goal widget allows you to track progress toward key performance indicators directly within your dashboards.
What Are Performance Ranges?
- Performance Ranges allow you to segment your goal into multiple ranges of acceptable values.
- You can configure between 2 to 4 ranges for each goal metric.
- Each range can be assigned its own value threshold to better represent your business objectives.
- Range labels can be toggled on or off for display purposes.
How to Set Up Performance Ranges
- Open the Goal Widget you wish to edit.
- Enable the Performance Range toggle within the goal configuration settings.
- Define:
- The total number of ranges (minimum 2, maximum 4).
-
- The value thresholds for each range.
-
- Whether to display range labels
- Whether to reverse the color scheme to indicate positive or negative direction based on metric behavior.
5. To apply the changes, close the slide-out panel as you would when saving other widget edits.
Notes on Functionality
- Color selection for individual ranges is not currently editable.
- Performance Ranges are fully compatible with forecasted data in the Goal Widget.
- Saved changes are not applied until the slide-out panel is closed, consistent with other widget behavior.
