Delayed or missing data in tables

Before setting up tables on your Dashboard, be sure to remember that some settings can be invalid and may not show data on your tables. To help you navigate this situation, we listed some cases where the data will not be shown.

Time filter

• For any channel

The dashboard will not display any data which are older than 2 years. Channels do not support access to older data. 

• Yahoo

If you filter your dashboard with Yahoo data by a time range of more than 400 days from today, the data will not be shown. This is because it is not supported by the channel.

• Appsflyer

If you filter your dashboard with Appsflyer data over a time range of more than 1 year from today, no data will be shown. This is because it is not supported by the channel.

Audience breakdown

Demographic breakdown can be made on the lines of either "Age", "Gender", "Location", or "Device target". You can edit these breakdowns via the “Edit table settings” panel.

However, data cannot be displayed if you set the tables settings like below.

1. When "Audience" breakdown and Adset breakdown are included together.

2. When "Audience" breakdown and Ad breakdown are included together.

    

   

    

3. When "Audience" breakdown is added, and the dashboard is filtered by Ad status.

4. When "Audience" breakdown is added, and the dashboard is filtered by Adset status.
