How to connect The Trade Desk to Adriel

Prerequisites

• The Trade Desk account
• The Trade Desk's Long-lived API token

Instructions

Step 1: Retrieving The Trade Desk API Token

1. Log in to the Partner Portal
2. Click the User Profile Icon at the top right of the Partner Portal. 
3. Click and navigate to the [Manage API Tokens].
4. Now, click the [Generate Token].
5. Enter a descriptive name for the token. For example, include the tool name for which it will be used or any other details that will help you distinguish between multiple tokens later.
6. In the Application field, select "Platform API".
7. Select the token "Lifetime" and click "Save".
8. A confirmation message appears with an API token. Copy this token for Step 2.

Step 2: Connecting The Trade Desk to Adriel

1. Move to Adriel's Connections page.

2. Type "The Trade Desk" into the search bar.

3. For Connection Settings, fill in the API token(key) retrieved above. 
   Then, click "Submit" to proceed.
4. For Data Source Settings, choose the Ad Account(s) to connect.
   1. Ad Account: Select one or more ad accounts from the dropdown list. 
      1. Multiple selections are available at once. It will create 1 data source per 1 Ad Account.

Lastly, click the “Submit” button below to complete the data connection.
