Lastly modified on: Thu, 30th May, 2024 at 10:07 AM
Prerequisites
- Salesforce account
Instructions
- Move to Adriel's Connections page.
-
Type "Salesforce Reporting" into the search bar.
- Login to your Salesforce account when the pop-up window opens.
- Choose "Reports" that you want to connect to Adriel dashboard.
- one report can be selected per data source. If you want to connect more than one report, please follow the same steps after the first connection is completed. - Click the “Submit” button below to complete the data connection.
It can take up to one working day for your data to arrive.
Cf)Concerning the Report
- Maximum 100k rows
- If there are too many rows, please split the report into different reports using filters or date filters with different data sources.
- Daily refresh
- Data correspond to the settings. If you change the settings, data will change accordingly as well.
- If the report is modified too often, please consider creating a report exclusively for Adriel so that it doesn't get affected.
- Same data that you can visualize on Salesforce connected to Adriel
- It is recommended to visualize the report on Salesforce to check if the data is correct before importing the data into Adriel.
- It is recommended to disable showing totals and subtotals. Those rows will be included in the data unless you disable them.
- It is recommended to avoid using grouping as much as possible in the report. It can cause some missing value of the grouping columns in the report.
